Sweet Offroad Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Sweet Offroad Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Findlay 3D Printing LLC, 401 S. Garfield St., PO Box 233, Bloomdale, Ohio 44817 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Ohio who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on October 3, 2026, and ends at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on October 3, 2026.

Entries received after 5:00 PM EDT will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may obtain a Sweepstakes entry code at the Sweet Offroad event.

No purchase is necessary to receive an entry code or enter the Sweepstakes.

To enter, visit:

and submit the online entry form with the entrant's:

• Name
• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Valid Sweepstakes entry code

Each valid entry code may be used only once.

Limit one entry per person.

Multiple entries submitted by the same person using different email addresses, phone numbers, identities, or entry codes may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

One Westin Recovery Kit

Approximate Retail Value: $300

The prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected by random drawing at approximately 5:00 PM EDT on October 3, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number submitted with the winning entry.

The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and identity before receiving the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide requested eligibility information within a reasonable period established by Sponsor, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Conditions

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly provided by Sponsor.

The prize is awarded as-is, subject to any applicable manufacturer's warranties.

9. Entry Requirements

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, altered, duplicated, automated, submitted after the deadline, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who attempts to circumvent the one-entry-per-person restriction or interfere with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

10. Technical Problems

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or not received because of internet, website, computer, mobile device, network, or other technical problems beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

If technical problems materially affect the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may take reasonable steps consistent with these Official Rules to preserve a fair drawing.

11. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify entries, contact the potential winner, and award the prize.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not by itself constitute consent to receive promotional email or text messages from Sponsor.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, attempts to obtain multiple entries in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise interferes with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor's decisions concerning administration of the Sweepstakes and determination of the winner are final, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
